Safety is our number one priority.  Our State DMV certified drivers receive extensive and concurrent training throughout the year. All of our vehicles and our terminal maintenance base meet or exceed California Highway Patrol and State Department of Education standards and requirements.

Social Services Transportation
Consolidated Transportation Services Agency (CTSA) co-designated with the City of Fresno (FAX) and the Fresno County Rural Transit Agency (FCRTA) to provide Social Services Transportation to the elderly and disabled within County of Fresno.

Vehicle Maintenance
Our experienced, ASE certified mechanics perform routine preventative maintenance on commercial vehicles including school buses, ADA accessible and ambulatory vehicles at extremely competitive prices.

Charter Services
EOC's Transit Systems offers charter services at competitive rates to nonprofit and social service agencies in Fresno County. We are available for weekday, weekend, and evening travel.
