From caulking to weather stripping, attic insulation to installation of showerheads, and anything in between, EOC's Weatherization program provides qualified low-income Fresno County residents with energy education and energy conservation measures that reduce gas and electricity usage and lower energy bills.

For your safety, a Combustion Appliance Safety test is conducted to ensure your home is safe from harmful carbon monoxide gas and a free carbon monoxide alarm is installed.

Eligibility:

To participate in the Weatherization program, both the individual and the housing unit must meet state and program requirements.
