It's a unique program designed to provide the vital infrastructure needed to enhance microenterprise opportunities in rural Fresno County through financial and business capacity building of low-income people and communities. Clients receive guidance and technical training from seasoned microenterprise consultants from across the region.  For many clients, it is also the beginning of an ongoing personal support network of peers and friends.

The effort also aims to improve and grow existing microenterprise ventures by linking entrepreneurs with businesses, organizations, or individuals providing entrepreneurial support.

• Assistance in business loan process
• Ancillary Services

RRMSS is made possible by a grant from the Association Enterprise Opportunity (AEO) funded by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation.

Eligibility:

• Fresno County residents who plan to start or expand a business.
