Rapid Rehousing

Rapid Rehousing provides rental assistance and case management to chronically homeless individuals and/or families on a short-term basis with funding support from the City of Fresno through the Emergency Solutions Grant.

Clients will be encouraged to assist their assigned case manager in identifying the most appropriate housing unit for their needs and will be required to enter into a lease agreement in their own name.

Clients are required to participate in monthly case management services where they also receive linkages to mainstream community resources.
